This luxury apartment, completed in 2007, has appliances and furnishings of a high standard and quality. With gas central heating and double glazing throughout it provides comfortable accommodation all year round.

The apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children, with 2 double bedrooms, one of which contains 2 single beds together with a double sofa bed in the open plan living space.

The lounge has a colour TV, DVD player and mini stereo system. The fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet and there is a large bath and double shower room on the first floor.
