Welcome to Koncept gym. We provide classes and individual tuition in thai boxing, kick boxing, mma, jui juitsu, wresting and boxing. We have a large dedicated studio with olympic judo matts, full size punch bags free weights and boxing ring. Monthly membership is available or pay per lesson. Private lessons and personal training is available through the day from £15 an hour.


Supplements shop: koncept gym has an extensive supplements store with protein powder, protein bars, creatine, no-explode, fat burner and much more. Many of the leading brands at 30% off RRP.

POLICY AND ETHOS: whether you want to lose a few pounds, tone up your body or train to fight in the ring at koncept gym you will be able to train in a relaxed, comfortable, professional and safe environment. Egos are left at the door and the gym has a club atmosphere where the more experienced guys will help you achieve your goals rather than intimidate.
