There are a few simple requirements to consider before you upload a photo or classified ad.

UPLOADING PHOTOS

You must own the copyright. ie you took the photo yourself.. or a friend took it and let you have it. We can't accept photos that have simply been found on the internet or elsewhere.

In order for us to add the photo to the website you are granting Newquay's Finest an unrestricted license to use it on our website as we see fit. This in no way transfers the ownership of the images copyright to us. We will accept photos branded or watermarked with your name or web address so long as it doesn't lower the quality of the photo.

Lastly, please refrain from uploading any indecent or innapproriate material as it will not be tolerated.

UPLOADING CLASSIFIED ADS

Simple, only upload something that you are actually interested in selling! Once the item is sold please delete it from our site using your Member Account delete/edit button.
